Core Functionalities
InstantAPI.ai provides a platform that allows users to transform any web page into customized APIs. Our core functionalities include scraping specific information, transforming data formats, generating content, and performing advanced analysis through AI web scraping.
User Obligations
By using InstantAPI.ai, you agree to the following:
- Legal Use: You will ensure that the content you access and the way you use it is legal and does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Non-Harmful Content: You will not access or use content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Permissions: You warrant that you have all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights from the authors or owners of the content accessed through our Services.
- Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.
- Acceptable Use: You will not use the Services to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or otherwise negatively impact InstantAPI.ai or its users.
User Accounts and Security
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Concurrent Scraping Requests
InstantAPI.ai measures your usage through a metric known as "concurrent scraping requests," which accounts for successful web scrapes only. This metric is calculated as the average number of successful scraping requests over the past hour, allowing for short bursts in usage while ensuring that your overall concurrent scraping requests do not exceed your plan's allotment based on this hourly average.
For example, if your plan allows 1 concurrent scraping request and you perform 60 scrapes in 1 minute but none over the following 59 minutes, you will not be denied service for those initial scraping requests. However, additional scraping requests attempted during the remaining hour may be denied to comply with your plan's limitations. Similarly, if you maintain a consistent rate of 1 scraping request per minute, over an hour, you will remain within your plan's limits.
No Guarantee of Performance: While we strive to facilitate your scraping needs, we do not guarantee that you can complete the number of scrapes within any specific timeframe. The performance of individual scrapes depends on various factors beyond our control, such as:
- The performance and responsiveness of the target web pages.
- The time required to render all JavaScript resources, including delayed AJAX content.
- General load on our underlying services.
Our resources and underlying services are pooled to serve all customers. We scale these resources in line with demand and overall customer usage to maintain an internal Service Level Agreement (SLA). However, we do not guarantee this SLA to customers. If you require dedicated resources or a guaranteed SLA, please contact us for a custom quote.
Custom API Coding Support
InstantAPI.ai offers Custom API Coding Support to assist you in creating the ideal API configuration tailored to your project needs. This includes helping you define parameters such as api_method_name, api_response_structure, api_parameters, and other API-specific settings within our platform.
For plans that include this service, there is no limit to the number of times you can utilize our Custom API Coding Support, provided your plan remains active. Our support is focused on assisting with configurations within our API platform and ensuring that your API functions as intended within our Services.
Limitations: This support does not include:
- Coding support for your own projects outside of our platform.
- Integration assistance within your codebase, infrastructure, or enterprise environment.
- Guaranteeing compatibility or functionality within external systems.
By utilizing our Custom API Coding Support, you acknowledge that our assistance is limited to our platform's capabilities and that you are responsible for integrating and testing the API within your own systems.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to InstantAPI.ai or its licensors. Nothing contained in these Terms should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark or other intellectual property without the prior written permission of InstantAPI.ai or the party that owns such intellectual property.
Ownership of Data
Users own the data retrieved through InstantAPI.ai. We do not apply any terms or restrictions to the use of this data. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions to use the data and that their use complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. InstantAPI.ai expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InstantAPI.ai, its affiliates, or its service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the Services.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services.
- Any other matter relating to the Services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Users are encouraged to join our Discord for notifications regarding any issues and major updates to our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New South Wales, Australia.
